went out 4 a #run early this morning and did a combination of the #Garmin training and the #Runnersworld training:
15mins warm-up, 20mins #running at target pace (4:21mins/km, but I was faster) and before 15mins of cool-down I made 4 intervals up to a pace of 2:55mins/km.
