Today's training:30mins #running at target pace & 30mins for warm-up & cool-down.I calculated a distance of 12.4km so I had to #run a track with a difficult terrain which would not make it easy to maintain the pace due to several uphills.But I thought it would also be a good opportunity to see how I could make up time when things get tough.I was at 4:19mins/km (need 4:21) in the 1st ⅔,but finished the 30mins with 4:23.
