After 2 very slow trainings this week, I was looking forward to #running on day. 15mins warm-up, 30mins running at target pace (~4:21 mins/km) & 15mins cool-down. Been to Belgium
over the weekend so I had no problems with uphills
In the 2nd ½ I was faster than in the 1st ½
Had a big fight with my best friend prior to the #run. Running in rage is so much more intense & satisfying.
Had a carrot-cake when I got home but forgot to take a picture.
