Why is #Toyota so opaque about the kWh rating on the batteries in the Crown? (They cite Ah, and make it very hard for you to find the voltage so that you can’t readily do the maths.) We have so far managed to figure out the kWh numbers for the Sport and the Crossover. #Autocade #car

I don’t have this #Google “#AI” thing but for those who do, this was interesting … For once, it’s in my favour (unlike the whole #Semrush-user #disinformation saga). I’m told that the previous search was more explicit about recommending #Autocade Year of Cars 2025, but my friend couldn’t replicate it.

When I first built the #Lucire website in 1997, it was ‘Let’s keep it all free!’ and the ethos remains. We charge for the print magazines and other things. With #Autocade, I began with the same approach, charging for the yearbooks. However, our marketing consultant suggested we needed a wrap-around consumer site that tied in the original reference and the yearbooks and she’s right. However, in 2025, that consumer site is necessarily a members’ site, with paywalled content. Sign of the times?
