Short and slow #run today. 7.27 km at a pace of 5:42 min/km. It is week 13/16 of #Project92 and although both #Garmin and #Stryd reduced the forecast for a half-marathon by another 2 minutes (now: 1hr 34 mins), I have doubts. My body feeling: Dead. Training condition according to Garmin: Tired.
My thighs feel like they are railway sleepers. I have the feeling that my recovery time is increasing with the progress I make.
