Have had some stuff going on over the last day or two that all turned out Better Than Expected. Have a happy cactus to celebrate.

Someone has decorated my local post box with #GooglyEyes. Are we still allowed to call them googly eyes or will the search police insist that we call them #DuckDuckGo-y eyes? #postcrossing

A bright red pillar box on a lovely spring day. It has been decorated with googly eyes so that those, the next pickup date label, and the letter slot make a daft smiley face. Googly eyes make EVERYTHING better. Everything. Even googly eyes should have googly eyes stuck on them, and so on ad infinitum.

Ah, Monday Morning, we meet again

The Moss Musician making beautiful music in the local woods

A photo of a moss covered tree trunk, with one small branch sticking out towards the camera, and a thin bare stick cutting horizontally across the frame. I can't remember if I've tagged you on a photo of "Bushy" at a lake in my area. I take their photograph every time we walk around this lake, in all seasons.

A very large amalgum of shrubs pruned in the shame of a large dog grows next to a stacked stone wall. The end toward the camer is much taller than the rear, and has a head with ears, a nose, and open mouth (with something red inside to represent a tongue) and two enormous googly eyes.

The dogs also has a large pink ribbon arounds its neck, tied in a bow, and a tag hanging off of it that reads "Bushy."

The sky behind is just beginning to clear from the morning's overcast, and part of a house is visible on the left of the photo, inhabited, clearly, but funny, thoughtful and interesting people.

Hat has to diaphragms, a smaller one on the top, that is covered by a black wire mesh and a bigger one on the bottom.

Some sticky googly eyes were added on the top edge of the speaker, making the small diaphragm look like a nose and the bigger one like an open mouth.
