Götterdämmerung The only thing white settlers liberated was their ability to own everything else. Liberty for them was always a zero-sum fantasy.
And then came the Civil Rights era. The great audition for redemption. White #liberals marched, patted themselves on their back, then bought a second home in a Black-free zip code. Progress? Nope, just a facelift on a corpse.
