C.louLe pommier d'ornement : des fruits immangeables, il ne fait presque pas d'ombre et il a l'air malade et dépouillé les 3/4 de l'année mais pendants quelques jours chaque année il devient le plus beau de tout le quartier. MimsicalJe m'aperçois à quel point le sentiment qu'on a toustes de manquer de légitimité pour lancer des actions collectives est le principal obstacle à l'organisation d'un mouvement social efficace. Éric🇧🇪🥾🚆🚊🌼🐑🐞📷🇫🇷 Ce matin, à Arlon, en sortant de chez mon libraire, je suis passé devant ce monument en l'honneur de Patton et cette borne de la route de la liberté qui jalonnent chaque kilomètres des 1145 qui séparent Saint-Mère-l'Eglise en Normandie à Bastogne au Mardasson. La libération de l'Europe du joug nazi par les alliés débutait et allait s'achever arpès un dernier hiver âpre et bien froid et une ultime bataille, la bataille des Ardennes. Ironie du sort, je lisais sur la plaque que la flamme qui orne ces bornes est la réplique de celle de la statue de la Liberté... émergeant de l'océan. Cela m'a laissé un drôle de goût en bouche... Une anecdote m'est revenue aussi. Il y a des années de cela, avec un ami allemand, nous avions visité le musée des transports à Liège et il était surpris de découvrir des affiches de la première guerre mondiale rédigées en allemand. Je lui ai expliqué que nous avions été occupés et là, il est devenu blême et s'est excusé... visiblement mal à l'aise mais doit-on s'excuser pour les méfaits des générations antérieures? Personnellement, je ne le pense pas mais on doit faire tout pour que ça ne se reproduise jamais et pourquoi devrais-je en vouloir aux générations actuelles?Tout ça pour dire, que les USA, ce ne sont pas seulement le futur président et ses troupes de fanatiques, ce sont aussi tous ceux qui n'ont pas voté pour lui! Cela vaut pour bien d'autres pays/nations... évitons les amalgames, sinon, nous ne serions pas bien meilleurs que ceux que nous dénonçons.🇬🇧 This morning, as I went out the press shop, I passed along the monument to General Patton and the "Way of Liberty" Milestone. A 1145 km long way from Saint-Mère-l'Eglise in Normandy to Bastogne at the Mardasson. Milestones like this one are placed alongside the way. The liberation from the nazi started in Normandy and reached Belgium in September 1944 but a last long and cold winter awaited the population in my area with the Battle of the Ardennes.Ironically, the flame on the milestones are a replica of the flame of the Liberty Statue emerging from the Ocean. I must confess, it left me a strange feeling... A remembrance came also up : many years ago, I visited the Transport museum in Liège with a German friend. We went across posters dating back from WWI and he was surprised to see German text... I explained him that in those years, we were occupied by Prussian military... He went blank and said he was sorry for what was made then... but must we excuse us for the bad done by ancient generations? Personally, I don't think so but we must do everything so that happens no more... and why should I hate the actual generations? That's non sense for me.So, all this to say that the USA are not only the elected president and his troops of fanatics, there are a large part that did not vote for him! And the same can be applied in many cases actually!
