Perfection isn't sustainable and often leads to burnout.</p><p>Instead aim for flexible consistency. Train, even if conditions aren't perfect, but adjust training as needed. I dont know when I will be able to start running again, but the ankle doesn't feel ready yet. Today, doggo &amp; I stomped up to Tonmy's Bridge on Goatfell. 6km and 300m of ascent.
