Deshalb gilt es immer im Einzelfall die Grundrechte Dritter, wie z.B. die Parteienfreiheit, die Parteiengleichheit oder die Chancengleichheit etc. zu prüfen. Zusätzlich sollten bei dieser Prüfung die Verfassungsschranken und die zu schützenden Verfassungsgüter der Demokratie wie die Gleichheit der Rassen, Geschlechter und sexuelle Orientierung, [...] und Absage an die nationalsozialistische Vergangenheit berücksichtigt werden.</p><p>Wir mussten uns bereits 2018/2019 mit diesen Vorwürfen auseinandersetzen. D.h. die Vereine werden trotz der Förderung nicht plötzlich Grundrechtsadressat oder gar zum Staat - wie z.B. ein Ministerium oder ein Bürgermeister.</p><p>Im Ergebnis kann man sagen, dass die Anfrage der CDU nur auf die Sammlung von Daten über die Vereine abzielt, denn sie wissen, dass diese Debatten staatsrechtlich nicht zu gewinnen sind.</p>
