Data QuineNice to see reports like this relating to patient care written in relatively plain English that patients could understand and with an Easy Read summary too 👏 . Report doesn't paint a great portrait of the emergency departments in hospitals where I live. Would be interested in finding out how other countries address some of the problems we experience in delivering urgent and unscheduled care in health. It has too many GOTOs per typical program. I have several ideas on how to handle that (macros, indentation styles, labels), but why should I care if the system itself just doesn't scale? Unlike <a href="https://merveilles.town/tags/Lisp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Lisp</a> and <a href="https://merveilles.town/tags/ed" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ed</a>, there's no meta-evaluation and extension points. If I were to pick BASIC, I'd have to stay with just that—BASIC. And BASIC is not the best language by modern standards (said a passionate Lisper 😜)
