Windows and Android I'm fine with, MacOS I'm okay, (I had a Macbook Pro circa 2007) but the last iOS device I've owned is a 1st gen iPod Touch (also 2007)I'd like to get my own device to try and learn iOS to help patrons. I don't have the money to buy a new iAnything new. I'm looking on ebay, but the real cheap ones are iOS 9. How far off is iOS 9 to the modern experience? Is iOS 10 any better?
