End of week 13/16 of #Project92. No half marathon for many weeks now (5 in total during this training).But many #run|s at target pace instead, like today, another 30 minutes at 4:21 minutes/km.This was by far the best of these sessions I've had, even though the strong & cold headwind slowed my pace.I maintained the power at ~330W & heart rate at ~169bpm, which corresponds 2 the effort I would have had without the wind. Felt great during & after. Now cake
