Gotta make sure to post my old man, Rascal. We estimated he's around 16 years old, and I adopted him after his owners were kicked out of their pet friendly rental so the landlord could sell the house. He had been returned to the shelter 4 times before then, because he was apparently a flight risk and consistently jumped his owner's fences!
I love Reese's peanut butter [insert shape]s. They're my guilty pleasure. When we made the decision to say goodbye to muppet I set one aside. I gave it to him before we left and he seemed to really enjoy it. He scarfed it down as fast as his little toothless mouth could.
I miss him already.

The lump I found under Jet's jaw is likely another benign lipoma (he's riddled with them!). The Vet also took some blood for testing, which was a challenge as poor old Jet's veins are as pathetic as mine, and it took several attempts in three locations to find one! The good news is, in the Vet's opinion, Jet will be with us well into the new year!

When your crusty old geriatric dogs all need daily pills and they're stubborn about requiring cheese bribes to take the pills but their favorite (and most conveniently shelf-stable) cheese bribe product has gone up three or four HUNDRED percent in price during the Covid greedflation but then you see it on the shelf at Aldi for the pre-pandemic price so you BUY THOSE FUCKERS ALL THE WAY OUT.
