This morning's strength work was lower body. Usually Wednesdays are lower body for me but I ended up taking an unplanned rest day yesterday. A lot of focus on the quads, glutes and lower back. Also tacked on a few of my PT exercises that target my knee and the muscles around it at the end of the workout.
I'll be hitting up the treadmill after lunch.
On a related note about weight loss. I've officially lost over 80lbs now. Not quite as exciting and dramatic as last week's success of breaking the 200lb target so I don't think it deserves it's own post this time.
I hate #legday - that’s the toot
See, I was gonna #legday instead but the gym was closed
Some impressions from today's #gym session...
Doing #squats at the end of the #workout and in a #LLP style is a case for the #ministryOfSillyWalk
PS: Say what you want about the music selection but it definitely pushes me
What day is today? Why, it's #legday!
(Fuck.)
I never isolate calves but since that time I pulled one while running a month ago I've done nothing for them, so I'm adding some of these to my #legday workouts for the foreseeable future.

Good thing London's so good for walking, because that's the only physical activity I've done this week. No a single #legday, no chest, no back, no nothing!
Guess what!
...
Yes! It's #legday again!
