(If anyone's interested in this, let me know).* Monitors are now assigned a number in a specific order. See the blurb under "RANDR SUPPORT" in `man fvwm3all`. And that is to realise a configuration syntax that mimics a CLI similar to tmux or cvs.My initial design thoughts on this was to introduce a new parser into fvwm. I think that's pointless.Better would be to make a client which transpiles its input into the current fvwm config syntax.
