Been working on this piece on the side of my bachelors thesis since January. Since I am writing it entirely using open source software on a Linux install, I thought making an art piece the same way would be nice.

Mobile development is much more tasking - expensive hardware with proprietary pieces not open to the community at all. Special skills are needed to code for touchscreen-only input,etc.

Ubuntu 20.04 EOL is 2030 - lots of time to move to 22.04 (& beyond) with less difficulty - now that the switch also from Upstart to Systemd was made.
