Uwe Kaspers<p>Ich dachte immer, bei der Rehabilitation von Arbeitnehmern ginge es um die Wiederherstellung der Arbeitsfähigkeit.<br>In einem realen Fall wird nun die Rehamaßname exakt so terminiert, dass der letzte Tag der Rehamaßnahme genau oder zufällig auf den letzten Arbeitstag vor dem Renteneintritt fällt. Dies führt dann natürlich zur vollen Entgeltfortzahlung durch den Arbeitgeber. Das Erziehen mit Leckerli ist im Grunde ein Verziehen; die zu Erziehenden lernen nur, daß sie niemals <a href="https://nrw.social/tags/Sanktionen" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Sanktionen</span></a> zu erwarten haben, und nichts tun müssen wenn es keine unmittelbare Belohnung dafür gibt. ihr <a href="https://nrw.social/tags/Wohlverhalten" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Wohlverhalten</span></a> gibt es nur gegen Leckerli.<br />Das funktioniert bei Hunden besser als bei Menschen. (Hunde erfassen das Prinzip besser; Mänsch ist prinzipienlos.)</p>
E<p>Der <a href="https://norden.social/tags/Schutzstreifen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Schutzstreifen</span></a> ist vor lauter falsch stehenden Autos nicht mehr sichtbar.</p><p>Dieser <a href="https://norden.social/tags/Schmutzstreifen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Schmutzstreifen</span></a> soll laut Lokalpolitik das Radfahren schneller und bequemer machen und dadurch gleichzeitig den Autoverkehr reduzieren.</p><p>Ziel verfehlt. Radfahrende nutzen vorrangig den freigegebenen Fußweg auf der ggü. liegenden Seite.
