Raymond<p>Die <a href="https://social.cologne/tags/Erft" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Erft</span></a> in Bad Münstereifel. Ein knöcheltiefer Bach. Aber war da nicht was vor über 3 Jahren? Der Bach wurde zum reißenden Fluss und hat (nicht nur) die Altstadt von Bad Münstereifel verwüstet. Heute sieht man davon nur noch was bei genauem Hinsehen. Ca. 95 % aller Geschäfte der Altstadt inkl. Outlet sind wieder geöffnet. <br>Man kann schön flanieren, shoppen, Eis und Pizza essen usw. Der Wohnmobilstellplatz hinter dem Eifelbad ist leider immer noch zu.</p>

Rüdiger BenninghausThe old mill in Arloff (Bad Münstereifel municipality, Euskirchen district) on the River Erft was indebted to the lord of the nearby Arloff Castle. The Erft not only allowed the operation of numerous water mills, it was also the cause of frequent, sometimes devastating floods, such as in July 2021. Bei uns hat es gar nicht so viel geregnet, aber sie ist ziemlich voll und teilweise schon über die Ufer getreten und Schwemmland geflutet. Seit der <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/Flutkatastrophe" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Flutkatastrophe</span></a> kann ich mich kaum daran erinnern, dass sie so voll war. Aber verglichen mit damals ist immer noch Luft nach oben.</p>
