@HampshireKarin @nini Karin - The Transport Police and the ‘Equalities’ Comissioner were out of the traps within hours [or less] talking about how they would use men to stripsearch women they assumed were trans women, and how they would demand the NHS [which has no money thanks to Streeting] implement this ruling.
I have never seen a surge in trans women stalking, harassing or doing anyone damage in a toilet or restroom; in fact the only people causing distress, trouble and alarm are those who hate the private lives of complete strangers.
Look at the statistics and look around every day on media - men, men, men assaulting, murdering, raping, upskirting, demeaning all women every day.
All this stupid ruling has done is distress and exclude trans people, enable more assaults by men, and demonstrate the gloating hate of the likes of Linehan [death threat] and Rowling/Galbraith [with bling and a cigar, like Saville], while Laurence Fox continues to call all ‘pedos’ or ‘perverts’, or ‘genital mutilators’. If you think these people have made the world safer by that ruling in the Supreme Court, you have a problem with reality.
There are many babies born every year with extra or less chromosomes - not XX or XY. Some have female genitalia but male chromosomes, others have male genitalia but female ones. The ruling is dangerous, scientifically ignorant, and will cost lives; it also makes some newborns non-persons, as their physical appearance does not match a designated simplistic male/female idea. Under this ruling they will be unable to correct this.
And don’t come at me with ‘it’s only about trans people’. It’s absolutely not. It is about everyone’s autonomy and personal choice.

Despite their delusional beliefs - Rowling/Galbraith is no feminist. That ruling may well have set womens autonomy and rights back by generations; as you can be certain [it’s already happened] CIS women will be called out, abused and removed from places like female only restrooms, because of their height, clothing or some other appearance that makes a complete stranger assume they are not a woman.
Everything Mr Robert Galbraith [for that is the preferred non-de-plume] does, writes, supports, and say is transphobic. To claim otherwise is a blatant lie. If they had no problem with trans people, they never would have been so involved in bringing that repellent, exclusive, unjust case.
Why does it matter in the slightest if people are straight, gay, abstinent, trans? It is literally no-ones business, except that person and their associates.
How many suicides will satisfy Rowling/Galbraith? For that may well be the outcome.
I have no idea what any trans person ever did to her personally to bring the wrath of a billionaire on all trans people.

4. Almost all media fall in this trap, but: It's wrong to call #Puntland a "semiautonomous region". Puntland is *entirely* autonomous (self-governed/controlled), now not even cooperating with #Somalia federal govt. It says it's part of Somalia in principle, but that's about it.
