Aus meiner Sicht wird da bewusst mit Ängsten gespielt. Wahr ist, dass sich Atomwaffen nur sehr schlecht als Drohung eignen, weil ihr Einsatz vollkommen unberechenbar sind. Mir gehts da auch sehr grundsätzlich darum, dass wenn man jeder Art von Atomdrohung nachkommt man im Grunde gleich jegliche Menschenrechte und Freiheiten für immer ausgeben müsste. Und der Faschismus siegt. Darum habe ich schon aus Prinzip keine Angst.</p>

Er meinte, dass man inzwischen weiß, dass bei einem Atomkrieg wahrscheinlich nicht die gesamte Menschheit ausgelöscht wird. Die Scientists gehen auch davon aus, dass das beim <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Klimakollaps" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Klimakollaps</span></a> nicht der Fall sein wird. Aber in beiden Welten wird die Lebenserwartung extrem nach unten gehen. Nach dem <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Atomkrieg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Atomkrieg</span></a> wird es genetische Schäden geben.</p><p>In beiden Fällen wird das Leben nicht schön werden und nichts mit dem zu tun haben, was wir jetzt kennen. Es wird das Ende der menschlichen Zivilisation sein. Vielleicht ist das die bessere Variante, kollektiven Selbstmord zu begehen.</p><p>Ich war 2013 in <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Hiroshima" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Hiroshima</span></a>. Ich war im Atombombenmuseum. Ich war dort mit einem Professor, einem Mitarbeiter und zwei Student*innen. Einer konnte nicht mit ins Museum. Er hatte, nachdem er einen Film über den Atombombenabwurf gesehen hatte, drei Nächte nicht schlafen können.</p><p>Was ich gelernt habe, ist, dass die Spätfolgen entsetzlich waren. Es sind viele Menschen sofort gestorben, aber für die Überlebenden war es vielleicht sogar noch schlimmer.</p><p>Lieber Herr <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Putin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Putin</span></a>, wenn sie demnächst mit Atombomben werfen, werfen sie bitte gleich eine auf Berlin. Irgendwo da Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg. Ich möchte dann direkt getroffen werden und das weitere Elend auf dieser Welt nicht mehr miterleben.
